Looks after cross-institutional coordination between the teams. In charge of regularly monitoring the track’s quality and the day-to-day functioning of the training centre. In charge of accommodating and helping new trainers.
Laure DABROWSKI
In charge of budget control, tracking orders and invoices, and the general go-to person for accountancy matters.

In charge of human resources and staff
Violaine BAVILLE
General secretariat, training development, in charge of internal information circulation and communication with trainers.
David JEAUNEAU
In charge of the electrical department, sound and video. The go-to person for electronics during big events like the Prix du Jockey Club and the Prix de Diane Longines.
Olivier STIRNEMANN
Looks after the smooth functioning of the training grounds and security.
Deals with emergency relief teams when accidents occur on the tracks.
Manages the “horse accounts” on the training grounds.
Jean François COLOMBEL
In charge of the team that maintains the quality and state of the sand and fibresand tracks, which are worked over with graders. Also in charge of landscaping during events like the Prix de Diane Longines.
Pascal DUWER
In charge of installations at Chantilly racecourse. He ensures the installations blend in with the beauty of the area and with the elegance of the event.
Sébastien CERNOIS
In charge of machinery at Chantilly, including several tractors of various sizes and other pieces of equipment.
Etienne BRICHE
Passionate about grass management, he looks after the famous Aigles area that covers more than 120 hectares, of which 70 hectares are covered with grass.
David PAUL
In charge of major projects like the management and installation of furnaces and the watering of the tracks with drilled water
Jean Luc GACHE
A jumps specialist, he heads the team that looks after the many jump tracks and their 86 obstacles in Lamorlaye and Coye La Forêt.
Al Capone II
Trained by Bernard Sécly, Al Capone II is a champion racehorse who won the Prix la Haye Jousselin seven times in the 1990s. An exceptional racehorse, he became one of the biggest stars of the racing world and is widely considered the best steeplechaser in France. He is spending his well-deserved retirement at the Aigles training centre.
Big Bozzo To Love
This seven-year-old Quarter Horse was brought to Chantilly because of his endearing qualities of great manoeuvrability and calmness. As part of surveillance and security, he regularly goes onto the training tracks.
